really enjoyed central heating, a laptop-compatible safe, and multi-channel television in the room. the staff was amiable and very very nice throughout our stay. the location was great, next to the water park or the gym side, and the free parking was an excellent bonus. furthermore, in the middle of jackson.

The property was clean with amiable staff. We stayed in queen room with nice furnishings. The location in the middle of jackson was marvellous for us.

Awesome water park fun!

We stayed for 2 nights and loved how close we were to the indoor water park! It was nice to chill in the room whenever we wanted a break. The staff were super friendly, always ready to help. The breakfast had plenty of options, but the room was a bit cramped for our stuff.

I really enjoyed my stay in this brand new hotel, especially the 24/7 coffee bar and the comfy King Room that smelled fresh. Relaxing by the pool and hitting the new health club made my trip feel like a mini-vacation. ☕

The warm staff provided an inviting atmosphere, and the breakfast options were good, especially the freshly made waffles. Everything was clean and well maintained.

More accessible seating in dining area would be helpful.

We had such a great time! The breakfast had amazing options, and the indoor water park was perfect for relaxing in between fun. Our room was just right for our needs, so I’d definitely come back!

The attached indoor water park offers a fun retreat for families. The modern facilities feel fresh and well-kept.

One of the comforters had a noticeable yellow stain, less than ideal when you expect clean linens. I found a child's toy under the bed, hinting at a lack of thorough cleaning. The pillows are excessively fluffy, not everyone's cup of tea, which might lead you to pack your own for a more comfortable sleep. The water park hours are limited to 11 AM to 7 PM, especially on a busy Saturday. Several toiletries were either empty or malfunctioning, like the body wash pump that didn't work and conditioner that ran dry, prompting an inconvenient trip to the front desk for replacements.

I stayed in a Queen Room with Two Queen Beds. The room was clean and fresh, which I loved. The beds were comfy enough for a good night's sleep. The bathroom was decent, but nothing fancy. It had all the basic amenities, so no complaints there.

The breakfast had great options, and I loved the waffle bar. The attached indoor water park was a fun bonus. Staff were friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean and cute 😊

Can recommend for a city holiday

Comfortable room, friendly staff, the fact that it is attached to an indoor water park made our stay even better as we easily enjoyed the amenities and could return to our room whenever needed.

The room was verynice and neat. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and we loved the breakfast, especially the waffle bar. The indoor water park, while an additional cost, was great fun for the kids and conveniently located right next door. This helped keep everyone entertained during our trip to the sports complex for my daughter's tournament. Highly recommend!

The hotel's proximity to Tanganyika Wildlife Park, just under 4 km away, made it perfect for my weekend adventures in the city.

The water park next door was great! We had an amazing time enjoying the waffle bar too.
